"The Parent Trap" is probably one of the most repeated formulas in Hollywood. It was done as an original film from Walt Disney with Hayley Mills in the dual role of the conniving children. The movie was then remade in 1988 with Lindsay Lohan as the dual twins and again for television with Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen. Sorry girls, Lindsay blows you all away!

This is a very cute remake of a classic - 3.5 out of 5 (12/31/2003)
I enjoyed it almost as much as the original. Lindsay Lohan does an excellant job of having a split personality as she reaffirms in the freaky friday remake. A wonderful movie for pre-teens

Very Well Done! - 4.25 out of 5 (9/1/2000)
I must say that I am not a Disney fan and had no intention of ever seeing this movie,
but I caught it running on the Disney Channel when there was nothing else on. To my incredible
surprise, I loved what I saw and watch the last 2/3 of the movie and then waited until it was on
again to record it so I could watch the whole movie. I watched the tape 4 or 5 times and still loved it
every time I watched it. I found the DVD at a local rental store and rented it immediately and have

film- the film is a great dvd. i thought the 2 girls were played by 2 twin sisters. the end was very funny. i never saw the origenal. so i just decided to buy this and im glad i decided to buy this dvd it turned out to be a great movie.
features- the features are average just a trailer and scene selections. i loved this movie. im suprised they didnt have more features for such a great movie.
audio- the audio is great. i could hear this movie very well
