Beyond the Darkness

I won't review this title cause the first review said it all. But, this film is awesome!! I found it in a video store Halloween 1997 and it opened my eyes to Joe D'Amato and Italian movies in general. After watching it, I had to buy it from the video store and still have it today along with this beautiful DVD copy. Due yourself a favor and buy this DVD.

DEFINITIVE VERSION OF D'AMATO'S FILM WORTH THE WAIT - 3.5 out of 5 (5/1/2002)
Once in while someone makes a horror picture designed to keep the genre honest. In between all the SCREAMS, BLAIR WITCH PROJECTS, URBAN LEGENDS and I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMERS there occasionally appears a golden nugget that was never intended to sell plastic soft-drink cups and could care less about derogatory critical response. Aristide Massaccessi's BEYOND THE DARKNESS has been a well-kept secret among Euro cult film freaks since its debut in America in a slightly truncated form released
