Empire Review It stands up to the classic - 3.5 out of 5  (1/7/2002) It takes a brave man to take on a task such as remaking a classic film like SABRINA. Few men would be crazy enough to step into the shoes of Billy Wilder and hope to update it for a new audience. It also takes a certain amount of chutzpah on the part of the actors to step into roles made famous by the likes of William Holden, Humphrey Bogart and Audrey Hepburn. But Sydney Pollack proved that he was the man to handle the task.
