Empire Review A classic kids film - 3 out of 5  (1/7/2002) The bully is a hard fact of life that we all have to deal with, whether we are the bully, the victim or just the onlooker, we all have had some experience in watching some people suffer at the hands of others and feeling sorry we couldn't do more in the situation.
