"This isitheimost scary, stylish horror movie I've seeniin years." -Clive Barker
You can keep your doors locked. You can keep your eyes closed. But still, he'll get what he wants... and what he wants is... you. Brace yourself for "90 minutes of steadily mounting horror [that] delivers more than its share of honest chills" (The Baltimore Sun). From "the scariest opening sequence of any horror picture in recent memory" (Los Angeles Times) to "one of the gutsiest endings to a film this year" (Dallas Morning News), Jeepers Creepers is the real deal in terror!
One a desolate country highway, two homeward-bound teens (Gina Philips, Living Out Loud and Justin Long, TV's "Ed") are nearly run off the road by a maniac in a beat-up truck... and later spot him shoving what appears to be a body down a sewer pipe. But when they stop to investigate, they discover that the grisly reality at the bottom of that pipe is far worse than they could have ever suspected... and that they are now the targets of an evil far more unspeakable - and unstoppable - than they could have ever imagined!

Where'd you get those peepers? - 4.25 out of 5 (1/7/2002)
JEEPERS CREEPERS stars off with one of the scariest scenes shown on film
since the TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE. It shows two kids driving down the middle
of an interstate while returning home from college. Patricia (Trish) and
Darius (Darry) are in the middle of the type of squabble that most siblings
share while on the road.
But when the junky old van come sup on the rear of their car, you get a
sense of the pacing of the film. The truck starts to chase them and they go
from being cocky t

Great Horror Movie! - 5 out of 5 (9/2/2003)
Alot of people put this movie down but it's really original and something different for horror films now days. It has two really good actors who aren't big names but I think that makes it all the much better. The make-up for the Creeper is really good and some people might argue the ending but once again its something different and original. The features are also really good. They include..
Deleted/extended/alternate scenes
Director's commentary
Behind the peepers (6 mini-featurettes)

Great Scray Movie...though maybe not for everyone. - 4 out of 5 (6/17/2003)
Oddly enough, I think this movie would be best for both the modern hardcore horror fans (like myself), or the very casual fan. In other words, if you have classics like Dead Alive, Re-Animator, Dawn of the Dead, etc, in your collection you should dig this one. I actually found it very comparable to Joy Ride which was also released around the same time. They both have the same strong points, as well as the same downfalls.
The best part about Jeepers Creepers is it really makes you feel li

Where did you get those eyes... - 3 out of 5 (3/5/2003)
I saw this movie knowing it was going to be boring or silly. I was surprised. I enjoyed it. It reminded me of the early Chiller Theatre movies on Saturdays, that I enjoyed so much as a boy. It's alot better than I know what you did last summer, which by the way was total JUNK.
It's not Holloween, and how many movies are, but it is entertaining.
