The Prophecy - 3.25 out of 5 (2/26/1999)
The Movie:
There is a battle raging in Heaven. A battle between the angels loyal to the Lord and those that want mankind banned from ever entering Heaven. This war has been raging for over 1,000 years but there is a prophecy that is now about to be fulfilled. That is unless a police officer and a school teacher can stop the angel Gabriel before he can fulfill his prophecy by stealing the soul of a dark, dark man. The Prophecy is an excellent movie about the never ending war b

One Of The Most Original Horror Thriller Conceived - 4.25 out of 5 (11/16/2001)
Gregory Widen has done a wonderful job of creating a new and original idea for a supernatural storyline about widely held christian beliefs involving modern dogma and the idea of angels as tangible creatures. And Christopher Walken has created a very memorable character with the angel Gabriel. All in all a great movie followed by two surprisingly good sequels that makes for a very entertaining movie trilogy with apocalyptic end of the world themes.

fallen angels on earth - 2.5 out of 5 (3/12/2000)
the world is not a place to live anymore, when fallen angels, prevaricators like Gabriel, half-god decide to erase mankind, by killing a child, fulfilling the prophecy,
the thema is good and complex, a kind of "Dogma" before the hour, but not so funny,
quality image is a bit lacking, sound isn't so good, extras (where are they - ) oups, i forgot the editor.. but the movie and Christopher walken living in, is a good spectacle,
if you're not afraid of something that could be truth, go get it !

One To See - 3.5 out of 5 (11/11/1999)
I have to say that this film is one of the better thrillers to be made. Christopher Walken is chilling in his protrayal of the angel Gabriel, is one of his best performances yet. The story, although a little difficult to follow, its well put together. All in all, this is one to get
