A good film for the ticker - 4 out of 5 (11/27/2001)
There are three things that I liked about the movie TICKER.
The first is that it is a low budget movie that seems like a big budget blockbuster.
The second is that I have to give some serious attention to any film starring a cast made up of such stars as Steven Seagal, Tom Sizemore, Ice T, JaimePressley and Dennis Hopper.
Third, I will give a cursory watch to any film directed by Albert Pyun who to me is the master of B action films.

at least the title was honest - 2.75 out of 5 (9/13/2002)
The name of the movie is Ticker...and you'll just sit there waiting for this bomb to go off and put you out of your misery.

An average movie with a few good action scenes - 3 out of 5 (6/8/2002)
This is a movie which the director was proud of shooting on a low budget in 12 days. As an example, Dennis Hopper, the mad bomber, was only on the set 1 day for shooting. Tom Sizemore had a longer shoot but only 1 scene where he was actually with Steven Seagal. Steven sings and plays a few riffs on the guitar and is quite good, so he does have a second career if he needs one. It is evident a large portion of some action scenes are stock footage (studio owned footage from other movies - edited i

Tick Tock - 3.25 out of 5 (12/23/2001)
Starring a bunch of hit stars Ticker is a movie which I can put into
average category.Dont get me wrong it is not bad film but it came to my senses
that it is a bit simple and action ends too easily.
It seems like a low budget film in everyway. But who cares about the budget huh?
I saw many films that were filmed with low budget better than this....
