Empire Review A good film for the ticker - 4 out of 5  (11/27/2001) There are three things that I liked about the movie TICKER. The first is that it is a low budget movie that seems like a big budget blockbuster. The second is that I have to give some serious attention to any film starring a cast made up of such stars as Steven Seagal, Tom Sizemore, Ice T, JaimePressley and Dennis Hopper. Third, I will give a cursory watch to any film directed by Albert Pyun who to me is the master of B action films. As an example, Dennis Hopper, the mad bomber, was only on the set 1 day for shooting. Tom Sizemore had a longer shoot but only 1 scene where he was actually with Steven Seagal. Steven sings and plays a few riffs on the guitar and is quite good, so he does have a second career if he needs one.
