Empire Review Yay Dirty Harry - 4 out of 5  (11/19/2001) MAGNUM FORCE was the second outing of Clint Eastwood as Dirty Harry Callahan and it featured Harry as not such a hard-nosed killer. In fact in this film, Harry is after a crew of murderers who are taking out the worst criminals in the city. Some may wonder why he bothers, but it does introduce the fact that Harry hates all law-breakers, be they on the side of the angels or not.
