Empire Review Three cheers for dirty harry - 3.75 out of 5  (11/19/2001) By the time THE ENFORCER came around, the character of Dirty Harry was already firmly set in stone. He was no longer the kind gentle cop (sarcasm please) that he was in the first two outings and we saw more of a Harry who would shoot first and ask questions later. We also saw that Harry was something of a jerk to most people. Before Harry had a level of respect for his partners and very little for his superiors, but in this film, we see that Harry is also a male chauvinist pig and less   more >>
