THE TAILOR OF PANAMA - 3.5 out of 5 (10/23/2001)
One of 2001's most underrated films is easily THE TAILOR OF PANAMA, based on the John LeCarre novel, starring Pierce Brosnan as a British MI-6 agent with a much more twisted character than James Bond. He is, instead, Andrew Osnard, who is assigned to look into the status of the Panama Canal since the United States handed it over to Panama a decade after it invaded the country. However, Osnard is no gentleman agent and decides to see what is in all of this for him.
