Generations - the great experimennt to allure an audience. - 4.5 out of 5 (7/16/2000)
I really wonder about the Star Trek creators. They always seem to think that there are 2 sets of Star Trek fans. Those who only watch the TV shows and those who only watch the Star Trek movies. It seems totally incomprehensible to them that Star Trek fans are one in the same.
The entire purpose behind Generations was to explain the "Next Generation" crew that was taking over the movies from the "Original Series" crew. I never could understand why they would do such a silly thing. In the

Generations, First Contact, and Insurrecton.

A good Star Trek film on a featureless DVD. - 3.25 out of 5 (5/22/1999)
This is a very enjoyable film from beginning to end. There is nothing really strong about it, but it is still a good film, and anyone who likes Star Trek will enjoy this. It has a very original and interesting plot that is compelling and makes you wonder. The special effects are also very good. The only problem is the villian, he is not evil enough, I want EVIL!
The audio is good, the video is OK, although not anamorphic HDTV. The features are just not there, not even a trailor!! This s
