Andrew McCarthy and Jonathan Silverman star as ambitious young employees who accidentally uncover an embezzlement scam in the company. Bernie, their boss, rewards their efforts by inviting them to his beachside pleasure palace for the weekend. When the boys arrive, they find that Bernie has been bumped off. But even a stiff won't stop this party. Aided by the charms of Gwen, the boys make quite a splash as they dodge bullets, babes and bodies in the wackiest, wildest weekend of their lives.

The Movie:
Weekend at Bernie's has a trait that most 1980's comedies do not, it can stand the test of time. It's been around 10 years since I first saw this film and I must say it made me laugh as much now as it did then. Two ambitious employees uncover a plot to defraud their company of millions of dollars. After hearing of their discovery Bernie, their boss, invites them to his beach house for the weekend.
