Stupid, Dumb and Extremely Funny - 3.25 out of 5 (8/7/2002)
This film is stupid, dumb but extremely funny. A secret service dog who attacks a Mafia boss and removes part of his manhood is put in the witness protection program. To try and explain the plot would take away from the fun of this film. It is definitely a guilty pleasure type movie.
