Armed with a dehydrator that can turn humans into dust, the fearsome foursome intends to take over the world! Can the Caped Crusaders use their high-flying heroism and groovy gadgetry to declaw Catwoman (Lee Meriwether), ice the Penguin (Burgess Meredith), upstage the Joker (Cesar Romero), and stump the Riddler (Frank Gorshin) in time?

The Original Batman - 4.25 out of 5 (4/26/2004)
The DVD shows that the original Batman stands up as a movie. Despite modern day attempts to destory or erase the legacy of this film and the TV series for which without none of the current movies would have been made. And unlike the movies of today Batman The Movie was able to capture the pop culture of it's times. The Micheal Keaton Batman movie of 1989 is such a mish mash that you never quite know what decade that you are in. Batman The Movie is a straight a head look at the cowled crime fight
