Love Never Dies.
In Stoker's version of Dracula, Coppola returns to the original source of the Dracula myth, and from that gothic romance, he creates a modern masterpiece. Gary Oldman's metamorphosis as Dracula-who grows from old to young, from man to beast- is nothing short of amazing. Winona Ryder brings equal intensity to the role of a young beauty who becomes the object of Dracula's devastating desire. Anthony Hopkins co-stars as the famed doctor who dares to believe in Dracula, and then dares to confront him. Opulent, dazzling and utterly irresistible, this is Dracula as you've never seen him. And once you've seen BRAM STOKER'S DRACULA, you'll never forget it.

What do I think of 'Bram Stoker's Dracula'?!?!?!?!? Well... - 4.5 out of 5 (8/25/2001)
I think that it is incredible, extraordinary, unbelievable.I think that Vampire movies are a dime a dozen, but this one is as far superior to all the rest as the 'Godfather' is beyond all your other gangsta pictures. I think that Winona Ryder is excellent, Oldman is extraordinary, Coppola is beyond compare, Hopkins is one of the greatest actors ever to walk upon the Earth, and Sadie Frost just made me melt! I think this is, as well as being by far the greatest horror movie ever made, quite possi

Look it's Keanu in "Bill and Dracula’s Excellent Adventure"! - 3.25 out of 5 (8/16/1999)
This is one of the most overrated movies that I've had the displeasure of seeing. I saw it at the theatres when it first came out and I could have sworn that I was watching a comedy. Keanu Reeves still had that same pause in his speech like he was trying to come out of his surfer coma. I will admit that the movie has a very distinct style and very good cinematography but that is the only thing that it has going for it. When you take away the cool special effects and cinematography you have a

Love Never Dies - 3.5 out of 5 (6/14/1999)
This is unquestionably a DVD to put with the best. As a movie it came in
for all sorts of criticism at the box office but as
an addition to your DVD library it has all the hallmarks of a 'must have'
purchase.
Returning to its source, much as did Kenneth Branagh with
his Frankenstein foray, Coppola has scripted a tight story line which
follows the progress of Transylvania Prince Vlad (Gary Oldman) from his
baptism (literally) in blood and his renouncement of God following the death
