Two sods out of the city? - 4 out of 5 (7/30/2001)
When you look at the film book descriptions of WITHNAIL & I, you invariably
see three words: Drunken, bitter and funny. And those three words best
describe anything I could say about this movie. It's one of those hit or
miss films that manage to split most audiences and amaze most critics.
It's a story that takes a simple premise and lets the actors run away with
