Beauty Is The Beast
In the light of the moon, seduction and pleasure is never what it seems. And neither is Alice White, a beautiful and lonely woman with a painfully sinister secret: Once a month, when the moon is full, she locks herself away and transforms into a she-wolf. A walk on the wild side - 3 out of 5 (12/17/2001)
WILDERNESS is a clever film that takes a look into the world of werewolves.
It's not a film filled with stunning effects, nor does it have some of the
greatest acting ever seen, but what it does have is a subtle little plot
that makes sense and makes you see the other side of the wolf.
Given that, it's not too surprising to see that the film was produced by
Fangoria Films, and the editors of the magazine have proven that they know
at least a little about horror.
