The Ultimate Gorehound House Party
A young family moves from their cramped New York City apartment to a spacious new home in New England. But this is no ordinary house in the country: the previous owner was the deranged Dr. Freudstein, whose monstrous human experiments have left a legacy of bloody mayhem. Now, someone - or something - is alive in the basement, and home sweet home is about to become a horrific hell on earth.
The House By The Cemetery features a mind-blowing onslaught of throat-ripping, skull-knifing, maggot-spewing and more from Lucio Fulci, 'The Godfather of Gore.' Considered to be one of the master's last great films, this outrageous Italian shocker is now presented uncut, uncensored and - for the first time ever - digitally transferred from the original camera negative!

classes and I went down to the Fulton Theater to see the film. Halfway
through, I remember thinking there had to be a better way to kill three
hours.
But, as we all know, people grow and tastes change and nowadays I would
rather sit through any Lucio Fulci film rather than an average viewing of
the latest PEARL HARBOR epic. It's also worth

One of Fulci's best! - 4 out of 5 (6/23/2001)
It is so comfoting to see that Anchor Bay Entertainment is taking the time and effort to bring these beautiful films from Fulci, Argento & Romero back to life. "House by the Cemetery" is one of Lucio Fulci's best films. It has outstanding imagery, atmosphere & Gore. A must see for any serious Horror fan.
