Explosive entertainment! - 3.25 out of 5 (7/21/2003)
This was topical back in '86, it is even more topical now. Fred Dryer almost plays a younger version of Clint Eastwood's Tom Highway from HEARTBREAK RIDGE, in all but name. The action is well handled, the plot is about right for this type of B-Movie, but hell it is good fun, and stunt coordinator Leonard does a reasonable job in his only directorial role.
