Who Needs Stereo? - 4.25 out of 5 (6/29/2000)
This film is all action from start to finish. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time even though I
knew what was going to happen. Undoubtedly, Arnold's BEST movie.
The scenes from the future were breathtaking.
I'LL BE BACK....

Poor mastering spoils classic - 3 out of 5 (1/11/1999)
What can I say. I waited with baited breath for
the advent of the Terminator on DVD. A classic
sci-fi movie, a Cameron masterpiece and other
such superlatives, so why did Image Entertainment
screw up on the encoding. Artefacts and other
such digital annoyances abound in areas of high
contrast and fast motion, tut tut tut! I will
think twice before purchasing another DVD from
this shower of *@%*&.
Caveat emptor..... Let the Buyer Beware!

Awful sound (Dolby Digital 2/0.1 mono) that is strictly mono, treble-happy (where the bass is, I have no idea), video which is passable but neither impressive nor above-average, and features which border on insulting (aside from chapter selection, the
