Empire Review City slickers is a real kicker - 3 out of 5  (5/7/2001) What is it about he magic age of 39 that makes men do some really stupid things? This is the question that is at the heart of CITY CLICKERS. Billy Crystal is at the top of his game in this film where he plays Mitch, an advertising buyer who is sick of his life and wants to find something to get his smile back. His two best friends are also at the crossroads.
