Empire Review A cut above - 4.25 out of 5  (4/16/2001) ANATOMY is a great thriller for those of us who are tiring of the endless rehashing of the same types of horror movie. While the film is not original, it still borrows from other favorite films to make a final product that seems fresh and satisfying. You might see touches of COMA, SCREAM and URBAN LEGEND in the film, but in all fairness, these films were homage's to other films also. What the film does have is some truly unsettling gore F/X that are designed to unnerve. Several scenes   more >> Customer Review Good Thriller - 3.25 out of 5  (9/15/2003) I liked this movie very much. The plot is interesting and the cast is excellent, with Franka and Benno once again leading the film (they both starred in The Princess and the Warrior). The story is about an special sections of Freemasons that had set out to find cures beyond all means even at the cost of human life. Benno apparently takes this extremely serious even in today's society. He will kill to save lives.
