Empire Review Not much fun at the CIRCUS... - 3.25 out of 5  (6/19/2001) Circus is the somewhat "overreaching" tale of a couple, who are trying to straighten their path, so to speak,however, they get entagled in "one last heist." The problem, everyone and anyone is out to get eachother, and is using eachother to take the fall. John Hannah's(THE MUMMY)character finds himself the target of just about every criminal acquaintance he knows, possibly, his own wife(played by the striking Famke Janssen,X-MEN).
