Hollywood - this is how it's done !!! - 5 out of 5 (6/21/2001)

Just goes to show that SFX cannot make up for poor film making.

Superb cinematography, editing, directing, writing, an unforgettable score, and larger than life acting by an all start cast combine with breathtaking scenery to weave a desert adventure biography of T.E. Lawrence as great as the man and the times in which he lived. Well captured were the difficulties in turning the Bedouin into an effective fighting force and the cruelty with which the Ottoma
