Customer Review A destined classic - 4 out of 5  (9/23/1998) Not much to say. This is sure to go down in history as THE gangster flick for generation-x'ers. This was Mario Van Peebles first directing attempt, and nobody could have done it better. The story is gritty, real, and above all, pulls no punches.
