Strength. Courage. Honor. And Loyalty.
Chills and thrills: will Gotham City be put on ice? George Clooney is Batman as the dark knight battles his greatest threat yet: cold-hearted Mr. Freeze (Schwarzenegger) and venomous Poison Ivy (Thurman). Batman has more than Gotham City to protect: the youthful eagerness of crimefighting comrades Robin (O'Donnell) and Batgirl (Silversone) puts them frequently in harm's way. New very special effects include a wild sky-surfing sequence and Freeze's outrageous ice-blasting arsenal. It's state-of-the-art excitement from out Batfamily to yours.

Not as bad as the critics say... - 3.25 out of 5 (1/20/2005)
I really enjoyed this movie in 1997. I still like the comic story and the performances of the villians. The effects are also still dazzling to watch.
I don''t think it's a bad movie. The line spoken by Arnold are maybe a bit of overkill, but it is still watchable.

The worst Batman film - 2.5 out of 5 (11/24/2002)
Arguably the worst Batman film out of the series, Joel Schumacher shifts Batman's once Gothic, Tim Burton world to a campy, still somewhat-Gothic homage to the 60's Batman and Adam West. Not even strong performances can save this stupid movie. The basic plot is Poison Ivy (Uma Thurman), Bane (Jeep Swenson), and Mr. Freeze (Arnold Schwarzenegger) causing mindless chaos in Gotham against Batman (now played by George Clooney), Chris O'Donnell returning as Robin, and a new addition to the team, Batg

Silverstone + Thurman are the best part of this joke - 2.5 out of 5 (11/24/2001)
Them and Vivica A. Fox. This movie is to say the least a laugh riot, while everyone is entited to their opinion this movie should be used by the police to make criminals confess to their crimes. It's a shame because instead of focusing on Mr. Freeze and his quest to bring his wife alive we are forced to see Bane one of the best villains in the comics be made a joke.
I can't even watch 10 minutes of this monstrosity instead I just flipped to the three babes and sold it.
The writers tried t
