Empire Review Judge not, lest ye be Judge himself. - 3.25 out of 5  (9/10/2002) I recently saw an interview with Charles Band, the legendary B-film producer (who has nothing to do with the film being reviewed here) in which he stated the way to make a great movie on a small budget is to start with a high premise.
