Empire Review Talk about irony - 3.5 out of 5  (2/13/2001) "Rated X" was an interesting choice for the brothers Sheen to make as their most high profile film together. It's hard to ignore the irony that these two brothers who had their own troubles with the law should be a perfect fit to play the Mitchell Brothers. Those familiar with adult entertainment should recognize the names of Jim and Artie Mitchell, the porn entrepreneurs who made their name in San Francisco as the foremost purveyors of porn.
