Empire Review good movie. okay disc - 3.5 out of 5  (8/22/2002) These days, American audiences seem to be reacting badly to too much Jackie Chan. His American films do well, but the Eastern imports brought over by Dimension are doing less and less business these days. Thus it was that THE ACCIDENTAL SPY went directly to home video in this country with only a few showings in the major markets. None of them however scraped up enough dough to earn it a ranking. But who buys JC movies for a story? There are 3 or 4 great choreographed action scenes. Jackie and his stunt team showed what they can really do. CHeck it out.
