Empire Review a good movie just not a good fulci movie - 3.5 out of 5  (10/14/2002) Director Lucio Fulci is perhaps best known for some of the most famous Italian Splatter films ever made. ZOMBI 3 however is not one of them. The film was made during a particularly prolific period in his life where he made four films in one year and he didn't like a single one of them. His most hated comments however were reserved for ZOMBI 3 which had a "dreadful" script. Fulci asked to be let go from the project midway through the film.
