Sex & the City Supersized - 4 out of 5 (8/16/2002)
A lesser man might start out with a lead like this: THE SWEETEST THING could
be best described as THERE'S SOMETHING ABOUT PETER or perhaps SEX, SEX, SEX
AND THE CITY or any other of a thousand various possibilities.
And make no mistake about it, I am that lesser man and you can consider the
previous sentence my lead.
But that doesn't mean I didn't like the movie.
In fact, I enjoyed the movie just about as much as I did THERE'S SOMETHING
ABOUT MARY or any episode of SEX AND THE CI

A very crude film at times, but I love Cameron Diaz and Chritine Applegate they tend to have a certain charisma that does show on the screen. I can see why some people do not like this movie because it does tend to be a little too silly at times, and it does dwell on "sex". (no nudity, just crude humor) oh wait there is a male member shown in Unrated version.

3 girls are an adventure for finding the right man at the right time. As they dated with many different man, they couldn't find the right one. But each of them find the right guy, Cameron Diaz found Thomas Jane. Christina Applegate found some guy at the end of the movie. Selma Blair was sex-crazed maniac with this one guy. There are many revealing scenes that weren't shown into theatres, you have 6 extra minutes that were not seen in theatres. The Unrated Version is way better than Rated-R Versi

Now this was embarrassing. I was looking forward to a comedy with diaz and applegate, but this was really incredibly bad. It has been quite a while since I have seen anything as bad-maybe some cheech and chong movie but even they were funny. The movie starts nicely but very quickly goes for a total gross-out. I usually love gross jokes but here the timing is very very bad. The song sequence with the penis song is so embarrassing it is unbelievable. It is uncomprehensible that anyone would financ
