It's not unusualifor two menito beiin love with theisame woman…unless it's theisame man.
Jim Carrey delivers a hysterical performance in this "fall-down, flat-out, irresistibly deranged movie" (Rolling Stone). Rhode Island state trooper Charlie Baileygates (Jim Carrey) proves that nice guys finish first after marrying the prettiest gal in town. But when she leaves him for another man, Charlie develops a split personality and his outrageous opposite, Hank, is born! Hank's got a filthy mouth, a bad attitude and a short fuse. When Charlie falls crazy in love with the beautiful but wanted Irene, he must wage war -- with himself -- for the confused Irene's affections.

A Farrelly Good Movie! - 5 out of 5 (1/22/2001)
"Me, Myself & Irene" is a Farrelly offensive movie! And if you were like me
and decided to pass on this one in the theater because you felt it might be
a little too tame, then you have made the same mistake I did.
If anything, the movie is ruder, cruder and more foul that their other
films. Given the current context, I consider this to be a compliment of the
highest degree. The film combines a brutally funny script with Jim Carey's
facial antics and the whole thing is a success!

The best of Jim Carrey yet! - 4.75 out of 5 (8/7/2002)
I think this is one of Jim Carrey's best performances ever without him being too silly like the Ace ventura movies. The Movie wasn't perfect but funny enough to still get a four from me. Animorphic transfer helped this video look great. Great 5.1 audio and cool soundtrack. Got to check this out for those who haven't seen it yet.

A great comedy! - 4.75 out of 5 (5/16/2001)
The Farelly brothers have made another masterpiece here. A lot of people would be turned off by this kind of comedy, but I absolutely love it. Jim and Renée are excellent actors and really bring the movie to life. The DVD has tons of extras on it as well as a few hidden easter eggs which I recently discovered. The soundtrack is one of the best I've heard in a movie. A couple songs didn't make it onto the soundtrack but most of them are great songs by artists I never really listened to before. I

- 1.75 out of 5 (3/9/2001)
The worst Jim Carrey movie I've ever seen. Jim I'm sure only did as directed but this is awful. The most over the top, jokeless movie I've seen.
This and "Alien 3" may be the worst movies in last 10 years.
