Powerful and shocking - 3.75 out of 5 (5/15/1999)
Leonardo DiCaprio gives probaly the best performance of his career in the riviting story. Some scenes are extremely hard to watch. The movie forces us to watch very disturbing images of someones life decaying. It is an extremely well made comming of age story which is based off true events.
