In this hilarious Hot Shots! sequel, former renegade pilot Topper Harley (Charie Sheen) is once again recruited for a secret mission. This time the country's incompetent president (Lloyd Bridges) sends him to the Middle East to rescue U.S. hostages and the countless men who have already been sent in to rescue them. Pining for his former lover (Valeria Golino) in a Buddhist temple, Topper manages to pull himself together and sets out on his laugh-filled, action-packed task.

More deux, duh - 3.75 out of 5 (5/22/2003)
Some think that HOT SHOTS PART DEUX is just more of the same thing as HOT
SHOTS PART EUNE.
To them I say Duh.
Because as the saying goes in Hollywood, "If it works once, run it into the
ground until there is no chance in hell of fixing it!"
Of course, I'm paraphrasing, but you get the point. And if you don't then
the film is much more of the same giddy, bullet style humor that we saw in
HOT SHOTS but whereas that one made fun of TOP GUN, this one makes fun of
RAMBO and a host of
