Wow - 4.75 out of 5 (3/8/2001)
I've never really been able to choose a film that I loved more than any of the others. Then this comes along. Without a doubt the greatest piece of cinema I've ever seen. Standout performances from all cast, especially Robert Downey jr, Michael Douglas and Tobey Maguire. Everyone needs to see this film and if you don't it's your loss.

This is the first movie, as a matter of fact, to have a story written directly for the screen by Grisham. The result is a well acted, well paced, film with the best elements you would expect from both Grisham and Altman.
Branagh, nailing a Southern accent, plays a lawyer who gets mixed up with a young woman with an eccentric, possibly dang
