Synopsis
It's nonstop thrills when George Clooney (The Perfect Storm, Three Kings) and Quentin Tarantino (Pulp Fiction) star as the Gecko brothers - two dangerous outlaws on a wild crime spree! After kidnapping a father (Harvey Keitel, U-571) and his two kids (including Juliette Lewis, Natural Born Killers), the Geckos head south to a seedy Mexican bar to hide out in safety. But when they face the bar's truly notorious clientele, they're forced to team up with their hostages in order to make it out alive!

This film rules! - 3.75 out of 5  (6/13/2000)
Question: What happens when Quentin Tarantino meets George Romero? Answer: You get "From Dusk Till Dawn!" Dimension has announced and then canceled the supposed special edition of this film so many times that I doubt such a thing will ever exist. Because of this, I figured I would write about the original film and then cover a special edition if & when I have to. The movie is an original mixture of crime drama and supernatural horror that has never been achieved since. The film has d   more >>

Quentin Tarantino stinks in this film... - 4 out of 5  (7/17/1999)
Yes,absolutely!! The film is not good one.Maybe it might be two movies in one (horror and action) but this does not save the whole film. Characters do not fit well.Plot is really absurd one. The Gecko brothers go to a bar with their hostages and then stupidity starts. From this scene you wont see much of place in the film.It is in the same place for about an hour slaying vampire looking creatures in a saloon. One stick to one vampire, turn around in the same place and another stick to ot   more >>

Two Movies In One! - 3.25 out of 5  (2/23/1999)
You get the best of both worlds from this movie-- an action flick and a horror flick. The action grabs you from the first minute and doesn't let go. Good scenery and even better in widescreen. An excellent movie to own, however, the DVD doesn't offer much more than the video-- just a couple of trailers.   more >>
