i love Brad Pitt he was cute in this movie a real good thriller also with Morgan Freeman and Gwanth Paltrow a real good suspense movie

Should have waited for the platinum series. - 3.5 out of 5 (12/11/2000)
This is one of my favorite films and one of the first DVDs I purchased. I was disappointed to have to flip the disk 1/2 way through the movie and now I learn that there is a platinum version out with commentary. I enjoyed Fincher's commentary on the Fight Club DVD and will have to buy the Platinum version when it comes out.

Fincher is amazing - 4.25 out of 5 (9/23/2000)
So far Fincher has only had 4 major releases but he is clearly emerging as one
best new directors. Seven and Fight Club being his best two films they both share
unique concepts, plot lines, and his obsessive attention to detail. What results
are fully formulated and tight films that are often upsetting but certainly
revolutionary. Seven in particular was well acted (even by Pitt who can be variable)
and stunninglyfilmed. One of the best thrillers of the 90s.
