"Fresh, Funny andiCharming." -Leonard Maltin
Who knew that when he ordered the special, he's get the dish of his life? David Duchovny ("The 'X'-Files") and Minnie Driver (Good Will Hunting) ignite sparks in this "warm-hearted winner" (Jeff Craig, Sixty Second Preview) about a widower and a waitress who meet and fall in love. Featuring an incredible all-star cast, this hilarious romantic comedy delivers a lot of laughs, tears and joys that will make your spirits soar.
It took a lot of coaxing to get Bob (Duchovny), a recently widowed architect, to go on a blind date at a quirky Irish-Italian eatery. Once there, he's smitten instantly...not with his date, but with the sharp-witted waitress, Grace (Driver). With unsolicited help from Grace's match-making Grandfather (Carroll O'Connor), Bob asks her out. And as their relationship blossoms, everything seems to be going great, until an unbelievable truth is revealed...one that could easily break both of their hearts for good.

After his wife dies, Bob (Duchovny) is torn apart. He starts taking it out on his co-workers and friends. Meanwh

Not just a "Chick Flick," trust me guys... - 3.25 out of 5 (1/17/2001)
"Return To Me" is the engaging, somewhat improbable love story of a widower (David Duchovny-X files), and the recepient of a heart transplant(Minnie Driver-Good Will Hunting). Though the story itself it a bit farfetched for my taste, I actually found myself very "involved" in this movie. I can tell you that when I originally saw the film in the theaters, there wasn't a dry eye during some of the more heart wrenching parts.
Bob is very reluctant to get back out in the dating game. As fate
