An average satire - Mena is wasted. - 3 out of 5 (6/3/2002)
A satire that doesn't really work throughout the movie. First time director wastes an excellent cast. Robert Loggio and Bob Hoskins are screamers in this broad comedy - not necessarily funny but most lines are delivered at a scream level. There are times in any comedy when a high volume screaming line is funny - but all the time? Really.
I purchased the movie because rising star Mena Sauvari was in it. She is beautiful, fills the screen with her presence and is wasted. She has been in American
