A great package for two very unique films - 4.75 out of 5 (4/1/2001)
This Limited Edition Tin is my personal favorite followed by The Beyond and Evil Dead 2. The Hellraiser series is one of the most unique in horror films and the first two installments are easily the best. These two films were made for horror fans so if you have a weak stomach avoid this purchase. The plot is one that every person gets something different from(is it about the dangers of curiosity? the truth that one person's hell is another's heaven?) so I'll leave that out. AS GOOD AS IT GETS, AND THEN SOME! - 4.75 out of 5 (12/19/2000)
If you seen Hellraiser and Hellraiser II, you won´t believe your eyes, when you watch these movies again on DVD. The Tin-BOX itself looks very nice, but the quality of the newly done Hi-Def-Transfer of those movies is simply spectacular. You see every bit of information on the original negatives, some scenes with human skin also seem fake, because there is so much detail. The DD5.1 Tracks included in this release are also of very high quality. The score by Christopher Young adds so much depth in
