Customer Review a sweet and loving movie! - 4.75 out of 5  (8/6/2009) i love My Girl its funny and a bit dramatic but its still a cool movie i have to admit i cry at the part when Thomas J died from the bees it upsets me but the rest of the movie is great they should have a book based on this movie i bet it would be great just like the film! i give this movie 5 bright stars!!!!   more >> Customer Review ONE OF THE BEST MOVES... DVD? - 3.5 out of 5  (9/2/1998) I loved this movie! I think it is one of my all time favorites. I enjoyed the story and the cast. Anna Chlumsky is excellent as Vada. I liked this movie so much because it's a movie that I can watch over and over, it's just a fun movie at times. A great family film! As for the DVD! I loved seeing it on DVD, but was very unimpressed with the lack of features, especially from a Columbia Tristar film, they usually have good features. All there is is the theatrical trailer.
