Nothing Disappears Without A Trace...Except Maybe These Box Sets!!! - 4.25 out of 5 (12/2/2000)
A lot of people think that the "cliffhanger" last episode of the first season of The X-Files
was a set-up for what was to come in season two. Many believe that the show's creator,
Chris Carter had a well thought out plan for the show from the beginning. Neither is true.
The season one final episode was written as a closure for a show that everyone thought
was going to be canceled. That's why the final show of the first year shuts the X-Files
down...not because there was a plan for seaso

A great collection - 4.25 out of 5 (7/18/2001)
I recommend every X-Files fan to get this collection.
Only problem I found was a pretty average quality on the picture.
Its grainy and seems to be transferd from a good quality vhs copy.
Yes the picture quality is that average.
Now i have seen movies been perfectly done such as "The Thing".
And i think that FOX could have done a little more work on getting the quality up to par with DVD standards.

A Must. - 4.75 out of 5 (1/25/2001)
This boxed compilation of the second season of The X-Files is really great. It starts with the packaging which is beautifully done (somewhat difficult to handle, though), then of course the contents do not need to be described: It is the whole second season of The X-Files and is beautifully presented with menus allowing to you choose from a variety of features. Highly recommended.
