Donna Reed's husband and Producer Tony Owen created the family where she played dream-housewife Donna Stone, with Carl Betz as her pediatrician husband, and Shelley Fabares and Paul Petersen as their children. Tony Owen helped to envision the wife which every man wanted to have, the mother that every baby-boomer wished they had, the daughter that every boy had a crush on (Shelley Fabares) and the heartthrob son that girls fell in love with (Paul Petersen).

A Very Pleasing & Fun Third Season!!!!! - 3.75 out of 5 (1/29/2010)
I had received in the mail the 'Third Season' regarding "The Donna Reed Show" on November 30, 2009. One day before the actual release date!
What a 'Grand Season' of Episodes! I enjoyed all the Guest Stars, including Actor Jay North from the "Dennis the Menace" TV Series, who was very close to making Donna Stone lose her temper, when he Guest Starred as 'Dennis Mitchell' in this (Third Season Episode) from "The Donna Reed Show" entitled, "Donna Decorates."
