On her majesty's secret service - 4.25 out of 5  (5/16/2000)
Most Bond critics agree that George Lazenby was almost the worst James Bond. Remember I said almost. I think the real honor goes to Timothy Dalton but I will save that discussion for other reviews. I bring up the Lazenby issue because in most Bond fans opinion, On her Majesty's secret service is one of the best bond films made. It certainly was the one most faithful to the original novel it was based upon and at 2 hours and 22 minutes, it is one of the longest. Lazenby begins the usual   more >>

It's got darkness and edge to   more >>
