Empire Review Im writing the review right now sir! - 3.25 out of 5  (5/30/2000) The box art bills "Big Bully" as a comedy for the kid in all of us. The sentence scares the living hell out of me because the movie is mean spirited, cruel and probably pretty close to actual events in someone's life. David Leary is the typical geek in grade school. His test scores blow the bell curve, he never has any friends and he has his own personal bully to make his life miserable. That bully is Roscoe Biggers, better known as Fang.
