NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD (The Original 1960 Version) - 4.5 out of 5 (1/14/2003)
NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD is a classic horror film written and directed by George Romero and it is filmed in black-and-white. The movie focuses on a group of people who lock themselves up in a deserted farmhouse out in the middle of nowhere in order to defend themselves against the bodies of dead people that have risen from the grave. This is one of the all-time classic horror movies!

Don't get fooled - 3 out of 5 (7/16/2001)
Although this is a classic to own, don't get fooled by the video trailer like i almost did and get your hopes up....the video trailer is in color but the movie is in B&W (?????)I was hoping when they transfered over to dvd they would have made it in color and almost got fooled, but i'll buy this classic anyway!

The Best Version Of A Horror Masterpiece - 4.75 out of 5 (4/1/2001)
This film is a definitive classic. I can't believe how well the folks at Elite did with their transfer. The disc actually compares the transfer to an old copy right when you put it in your player. An old wobbly intro appears before the Elite logo followed by the crisp new picture. The audio is very clear and the extra features are great. The inclusion of TWO commentary tracks will give you more information on the making of this film than you will ever need to know. This version of NOTLD should b
