The factions: Two Arkansas Firefighters and armed-to-the-teeth St. Louis Drug Dealers.
The battleground: A deserted factory building in the slums of East St. Louis.
The cause of the war: Gold, Gold, Gold, Gold, Gold!
Walter Hill directs a great, urban action adventure with firefighters Bill Paxton and William Sadler and with drug dealers Ice-T and Ice Cube. He directs so well because of the material he's working with which is a well written script by Bob Gale an
