A:
VOD is an acronym for Video On Demand.
Instead of buying a DVD and waiting to have it shipped to you, you can pay to view or download the entire movie from our site over the Internet.
Once your credit card is charged, you’ll be able to Stream or Download it to your computer for viewing.
Q: What's the difference between Streaming VODs and VOD Downloads?
A:
We offer several types of Video On Demand to allow our customers to decide which method is best for them.
- Streaming VODs - Streamed VODs are just that, streamed over your Internet connection while you watch them. In order to properly view a Streamed VOD you will need a Broadband connection of at least 350k or more.
- VOD Downloads - VOD Downloads are downloaded to your computer over your Internet connection and you then view your VOD Downloads from your computer.
Our VOD Download System offers:
- VOD Download Rentals: Download the entire movie to your computer for viewing.
- VOD Downloads and Download-To-Own (DVD Quality): Download the entire movie to your computer for viewing at DVD Quality.

Q: Do I need to Download any programs?
A:
You will need to download the WIndows Media Player 9.0 or higher to view our VOD Downloads.
Simply click on the link to begin the download process.
- Windows Media Player 9.0 (or higher)
Q: What connection speed do I need?
A:
We recommend that you have DSL/Cable connecting at 350k or greater. Because we encode our video at a very high level of quality, the files are very large, thus requiring more bandwidth.
Although you can download and then view a movie with a dial-up connection (56k) we do not recommend that you try to stream it. If you are trying to stream a movie on a 56k dial-up, you will experience problems.
