To download your Download Rental VOD in preparation for viewing, click the "VOD Library" link that is located at the top of all our pages.
Your VOD Library page contains all of your VOD purchases including Download to Own, Streaming VODs, and VOD Download Rentals.

Your Download Rental VODs will be located on the "I am Renting" tab in your VOD Library.
The download options available for each movie will be listed with their file sizes for reference.
Simply click on a file to begin the download process.
Note: You have 5 business days to download the movie from the date of purchase.
After that, a message will display stating that the "Download Window has Expired."
If you see that message, contact Customer Service and we will reset the download window.

A dialog box will open with detailed instructions on how to download the file to your computer for viewing.
When you select a location on your PC for the file, make sure to remember where you save your file to.
Then, once the movie is downloaded, double click on the file on your PC to begin playback.

When you view your movie for the first time, simply double click on the file on your PC (if you are not logged in you will be prompted to).
Our system will open the Begin Playback window (shown above) and you should click the play button to begin your viewing experience.
Once you click the play button, your Windows Media Player will open and the movie (and your viewing period) will begin.

Playback will begin in your Windows Media Player.
Our Download Rental VODs can ONLY be viewed in the Windows Media Player version 9.0 or higher.
If you do not have version 9.0 or higher, you will need to download it from the Windows site (it's free.)

To view your movie in the future, simply double click on the file on your PC and playback will begin.
The viewing period for Download Rental VODs is 30 days from the day your first viewed the movie.

The time remaining on your Download Rental VOD will always display on your VOD Library page.
When your viewing period has elapsed, the movie will no longer be accessible and to view it again; you will need to re-purchase the movie.
