Empire Suggestions Terms of Agreement:

We encourage you to share your ideas and suggestions with us, but the following Terms and Conditions govern all submissions to the Empire Suggestions for Cash program.
Please read the following Terms carefully before submitting a suggestion to DVD Empire.

Terms and Conditions of Use:

DVD Empire shall exclusively own all known or hereafter existing rights to the suggestions of every kind and nature disclosed, submitted or offered to DVD Empire and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the comments for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without limitation.

|

|
You understand and acknowledge that DVD Empire has both internal resources and other external resources which may have developed or may in the future develop ideas identical to or similar to the suggestion or comments to suggestions and that DVD Empire is willing to consider the suggestion only on these terms.
|
|

|
DVD Empire will receive and consider submitted ideas or suggestions only with the understanding that the submission is voluntary, and that the submission does not create or imply any confidential or contractual relationship.
|
|

|
DVD Empire is and shall be under no obligation to maintain any suggestions in confidence, to pay user any compensation for any suggestions, or to respond to any user suggestions.
|
|
•
|
An Empire Account Credit will be issued if the submitted ideas are original, new to DVD Empire, and are adopted for use by DVD Empire.
The amount of the Empire Account Credit will be established according to the DVD Empire's reasonable judgment.

|

|
If you do not have an Empire Account, you MUST provide us with a valid email address in the event we need to contact you.
This information will NOT be shared or sold to any third party and is only needed in case we have follow up questions about your suggestion.

By submitting an idea and/or any related material to DVD Empire, you are waiving any and all rights that you may have in the idea or any related materials and are representing and warranting to DVD Empire that the idea and/or related materials are wholly original with you, and that no one else has any rights in the idea and/or materials.
|
|

|
DVD Empire is committed to respecting others' intellectual property rights, and we ask our users to do the same. DVD Empire may, in its sole discretion, terminate the accounts or access rights of users who infringe or otherwise violate others' intellectual property rights.
|
|

|
DVD Empire will issue an Empire Account Credit for a suggestion that in DVD Empire's sole discretion warrants payment.
|
|
•
|
If an Empire Account Credit is issued by DVD Empire, the provider of the suggestion agrees to accept the credit in full settlement of any claims that the submitter may make against the DVD Empire.
|
|
•
|
Empire Account Credits are redeemable on our Empire Sites for merchandise (No Cash value).
|
|
•
|
By submitting a suggestion to the Empire Suggestions for Cash program, you agree to indemnify and hold DVD Empire, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the use of program and the Websites.

Your access to and use of the DVD Empire Suggestions for Cash program may be terminated at any time without prior notice for any conduct that DVD Empire, in its sole discretion, deems to be in violation of these Terms or the Terms of Use that apply to DVD Empire websites.

DVD Empire reserves the right, with or without prior notice to you, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions and your continued use of the Empire Suggestions for Cash program constitutes your agreement as to all such Terms and Conditions.

By submitting a suggestion, you are agreeing to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
